These Nike Metcon 6 Men's Training Shoes have been crafted with lightweight mesh which keeps air flowing throughout the shoe so your feet remain cool and comfortable. The focused cushioning sees firmer foam under the heel and softer foam in the forefoot to cushion high-impact moves, while the rubber tread on the outsole goes up the side of the shoes to provide excellent traction underfoot and when you are climbing ropes. The low, flat and wide heel creates a stable base for weightlifting exercises and the Hyperlift insert lets you adjust the height under your heel from one set to the next.
