How to Order: Online ordering on Lovell Rugby is simple. Just follow the easy steps below.

Move through the site to find the products you want. You can do this by clicking on the category links at the top of the page, or by going to the search or gift selector pages. When you have a product displayed that you wish to buy, click on the "Add to basket" button that will take you to your personal shopping basket page. You can then choose to either register your details with us or to continue without registering.
Please make sure you provide a valid email address when you shop so that we can contact you to keep you informed about your order.
Payment options
When you have collected the items you want to buy in your basket, click on the purchase button to send us your order. You will be asked some questions about delivery details and how you want to pay for the goods. Please note all prices displayed on the site are in pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.
The simplest option is to choose to pay by credit card online. If you do this, we will be able to send your goods as soon as you have completed the order process. We accept the following Credit and Debit cards:
If your credit or debit card does not operate in Pounds Sterling your card company will convert the transaction into your own currency on your statement. All transactions will appear on your statement as "Lovell Rugby ".
All credit card and personal details that you send to us through the Internet are encrypted for your safety, which ensures they cannot be seen by anyone attempting to intercept your visit to our site.
However, if you do not feel comfortable with using your credit card online, you can telephone our Customer Services department who will take your order and card details. For British customers only we will also accept cheques in Pounds Sterling but we will not be able to start processing your order until we receive your cheque, and the cheque has cleared through our normal banking procedures, normally 5 working days.
Delivery details
We aim to deliver goods to UK addresses within 5 working days of receiving payment for your order, for non-UK addresses and international deliveries please contact customer services at Lovell Rugby. You should only be able to order items that are in stock, but if there is some other delay in processing your order we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed. We strive hard to keep to our delivery times but with third party involvement sometimes situations are beyond our control. Should late or non-delivery occur please contact our customer services to discuss the situation and to track the consignment.
When we have received payment for your order, we will deliver your goods using Royal Mail First Class for British delivery addresses.
The postage and packing charges that we add to your order are the following flat rates:
Uk Orders:
- £1.50 per item for smaller products (Shorts / Gloves / Caps / etc)
- £2.00 per item for T-shirts and Polo Shirts
- £3.00 per item for all Rugby Shirts
- £5.00 per pair of Boots or Bags
International Orders:
- Europe - £5.00 per T-shirt / Polo Shirt - £6.00 per Rugby Shirt - £9.00 per pair of boots / bags
- Outside of Europe - £8.00 per T-Shirt / Polo Shirt - £10.00 per Rugby Shirt - £12.00 per pair of boots /bags
Lovell Rugby is not responsible for any import taxes due on deliveries where payable in certain countries where this applies
