The Heroes Challenge itself is setting out to unite the four home nations of the United Kingdom and represent the three elements of the Armed Forces; Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force. Commencing at John O'Groats a team of 12 will cycle over 1200 miles, then row across the Irish Sea both ways before summiting the UK's four highest peaks and completing the cycle ride to Land's End.
