Made by Canterbury, from 100% polyester, this is the shirt as worn by the Scotland players and was released for the 2012 Six Nations. A white and navy design is enhanced with navy edging and features the Scottish Thistle embroidered on to the left chest and Canterbury CCC logo on the opposite side. The RBS sponsor is also prominently positioned on the centre of the shirt and as an added touch a subtle St Andrew’s flag adorns the left arm.
As a test rugby shirt, additional grip is patterned across the chest for enhanced control particularly during wet conditions. It is also designed to be a tight fit so as to avoid being pulled back by opponents whilst the low-cut neck provides optimum freedom of movement.
