When it comes to standing out on the rugby pitch, the X Blades Wild Thing Bionic Hybrid FG Rugby Boot not only excels but unleashes a whole new breed.
Born out of a lightweight microfibre and rubber upper, the Wild Thing effortlessly fuses support and stability with comfort and fit across the whole boot. A traditional central lacing system further enhances the overall fit whilst the lightweight mesh heel section is reinforced with a waterproof membrane.
With player performance and comfort paramount, an external injected TPU frame delivers a lightweight fit without compromising on support and works with the 10mm heel gradient to reduce the strain on your lower limbs.
Designed to make light work of natural firm surfaces, the Wild Thing employs strategically positioned moulded blades across the forefoot and heel. The elite bionic sole system is made from lightweight TPU with the blades graduated so as to reduce posterior lower limb muscle strain. A subtle feature which can make all the difference in your game.
Not missing the opportunity for any further innovation, the Wild Thing includes a Speed Ortholite Innersole which absorbs pressure during acceleration while offering excellent shape retention.
Undoubtedly unique in their design, the Wild Thing has a striking effect with its' red and white animal print pattern sported across the whole rugby boot. The two tone affair continues along the sole to ensure a look of continuity and stylishly finish off proceedings.
These rugby boots weigh 217g each (UK size 8).
