Engineered to the exact specifications of championship athletes, Nike Pro Combat offers light and tight compression for an ultra-tight and locked-in feel.
Made from 84% polyester and 16% elastane, the Nike Pro Combat Hypercool Compression Shorts are a supreme garment engineered to keep you cool and comfortable. Utilising Nike's innovate Dri-FIT technology, the fabric wicks sweat away from your skin to help keep you cooler, drier and more focused on your performance.
As a compression fit, this garment is designed to enhance your circulation, leading to more oxygenated blood in the muscles. This in turn results in reduced levels of lactic acid meaning a reduction of fatigue and a decreased recovery time between strenuous exercise.
To ensure effective breathability and ventilation, mesh panels are strategically positioned to provide additional cooling during heated competition. Flat seam stitching also helps to reduce irritation caused by chafing.
As an additional practical design feature, the shorts feature strategically placed abrasion panels to reduce friction burns on the thighs, along with slightly thicker shock-absorbing panels to soften any impact.
A plain black offering is complemented by blue ventilation panels and “Nike Pro Combat” wording around the elasticated waistband. These shorts are designed to be worn beneath other rugby shorts and clothing.
